We accept most insurance plans and handle claims paperwork as a courtesy to our patients.

Acceptance of an insurance plan does not guarantee coverage of a particular service, which is determined by your insurer. You are responsible for any amounts not covered by your insurance.

Care provided under the Department of Labor federal workers compensation program is subject to the rules and requirements of that program. We are a credentialed treatment provider and provide the documentation the process requires. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal representation or manage the legal aspects of any claim.

Our services include chiropractic care, federal workers compensation care, spinal decompression, injury care, massage therapy, acupuncture, and med spa and wellness treatments including injectables and medically supervised programs. Aesthetic, injection, peptide, and weight management services are medical services provided following a consultation, and suitability for any treatment is determined on an individual basis.
